Takeover of 3 Magento webshops with 12 years of order history.

Our Magento webshops are hosted on reliable servers (a cluster of 10 optimized servers) and are available 24/7 to all customers. We use the latest security techniques to keep data safe. Hosting costs amount to €1125 per month (for all 3 systems), including regular website and database backups.
We value transparency: in addition to hosting costs, there are additional costs such as shipping (average €4.50 per order), payment processing, and marketing.

Our marketing costs (excluding click costs) currently amount to €250 per month (per webshop), mainly focused on online advertising and search engine optimization (SEO). We mainly use Google Shopping ads for this. Approximately 15% of revenue is spent on marketing, so there is still plenty of room for growth through marketplaces such as Beslist, Sdeal, and affiliates via Tradetracker.

We only work with reliable suppliers who have been providing us with high-quality products at competitive prices for years. This allows us to offer our customers the best deals while maintaining our profit margins.
Our webshops are constantly improved to serve (potential) customers even better. This is achieved, among other things, by an expert and attentive customer service that strives for a response time of 24 hours (on working days).

We bieden regelmatig updates van de producten in onze webwinkel. Dagelijks wordt er nieuwe informatie geïmporteerd over prijzen, CDN afbeeldingen en voorraad (bij leveranciers). We hebben een eigen voorraadsysteem en ordersysteem naar de leverancier toe, en klanten krijgen geautomatiseerde updates over hun bestellingen voor maximale transparantie.
Er zijn nog volop mogelijkheden voor groei, zoals het betreden van de zakelijke markt, uitbreiden naar andere landen zoals Duitsland en Frankrijk, en verkopen via Bol.com en Amazon. Ook is social media marketing een optie die nog niet is benut. Dit zijn kansen voor snelle groei in omzet en winst.

Furthermore, upon takeover, we will provide a number of comprehensive instructional videos containing all functions and possibilities. In addition, during the takeover, there will be support from us for 4 weeks, 10 hours per week, in which we ensure a smooth transition.
